If you’re a regular reader of this site you may have noticed that I haven’t been posting deals from Deep Discount lately. This isn’t a coincidence. I’ve had a love/hate relationship with the store for years. Since their 20% off sales in the mid 2000s I have ordered from them on occasion, and while they had their issues, like long shipping times and website glitches, the fact was they were reliable and often had the lowest prices available. This does not appear to be the case any longer. Over the past few years, their reputation has gone from lukewarm to bad, and all I see now are reports about constant problems, sale prices not being honored, nonexistent customer service, and orders taking months to fill. This is not acceptable to me, and because of these changes in service, I will no longer be posting deals from DeepDiscount.com. One of the rules I follow on this site is not posting deals at stores that I would not shop at myself, and this is the case with Deep Discount.
