Be VERY careful using deepdiscount.com Many people on various forums have reportedly placed orders only to receive a confirmation email for a completely different movie (ie. most recently, ordering “Heroes Sea.4″ blu ray and receiving confirmation email for “SNL Best of Alec Baldwin” dvd, OR having orders canceled altogether without explanation.
I would NOT recommend this retailer.

I’ve shopped with Deep Discount since their 20% off sales started many years ago, and while I haven’t had any major problems with them, my only real complaint has been the long shipping time. But I figure, it’s free, and most of the time I’m not in a huge hurry so I don’t mind the wait.
I haven’t heard of a lot of problems with their service before now. Their website has always been a bit glitchy and behind in features compared to say Amazon, but I still always considered them a good choice.
If I do hear more complaints I will no longer post deals from them.
