Blu-ray and DVD Releases for 5/18/10

Leading this weeks releases is Invictus, in which Nelson Mandela, in his first term as the South African President, initiates a unique venture to unite the apartheid-torn land: enlist the national rugby team on a mission to win the 1995 Rugby World Cup.
The only extra material on the DVD release will be a Matt Damon Plays Rugby featurette, and an Invictus music trailer. The Blu-ray release will include that, along with additional featurettes ("Vision, Courage and Honor: Clint Eastwood and the Power of a True Story", "Mandela Meets Morgan", "The Eastwood Factor"), and a digital copy of the film.
The best price for Invictus this week is $17.99 for the DVD at Amazon, Best Buy, and Target, and $24.99 for the Blu-ray at Amazon and Target. There are no exclusives for this release.
Also releasing this week is Valentine’s Day, in which intertwining couples and singles in Los Angeles break-up and make-up based on the pressures and expectations of Valentine’s Day.
Extras include additional scenes and a Sex and the City 2 Sneak Peek Trailer.
The best price for Valentine’s Day this week is $16.99 for the DVD at Best Buy and Target, and $24.99 for the Blu-ray at Amazon and Target. There are no exclusives for this release.
