The highly anticipated movie The Twilight Saga: New Moon will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on Saturday, March 20, 2010 in the USA and Canada.
Similar to the first Twilight release, there will be many different exclusives available. For a list and description of those check below.
The standard release for the film will be a 2-Disc DVD edition as well as a 1-Disc Blu-ray edition, available throughout the USA, which both include the following Bonus features:
-Feature Length Commentary with Director Chris Weitz and Editor Peter Lambert

Best Buy New Moon Exclusive:
At Best Buy, New Moon will be released in a collector’s SteelBook metal case for both the 2-Disc DVD and Blu-ray versions. The front cover is embossed.
These will sell for $24.99 for the DVD version and $29.99 for the Blu-ray version, though if you buy them within 2 hours of the store opening on 3/20, you save $5 making them $19.99 and $24.99 respectively.

Target New Moon Exclusive:
Target offers a 3-Disc Deluxe Edition DVD with a bonus collectible film-cell, as well as a 2-Disc Deluxe Edition Blu-ray, which also comes with the film-cell. Each film-cell is individually numbered with gold foil lettering and measures approximately 5"X7". The film cell will be one of 250 available collectible cells.
In addition to the bonus features on the standard releases these include Deleted scenes, ‘Interview with the Volturi’, Frame by Frame: Storyboards to screen, Fandimonium: A look at the die-hard fans, and The Beat Goes On: The music of The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
These will sell for $19.99 for the exclusive DVD and $24.99 for the exclusive Blu-ray.
Walmart New Moon Exclusive:
Walmart offers a Ultimate Fan Edition available on DVD and Blu-ray which includes bonus footage of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. The Ultimate Fan Edition comes in a collectible lenticular packaging.
Barnes & Noble New Moon Exclusive:
Barnes & Noble will include a New Moon Dreamcatcher Bag Clip with purchase of New Moon 2-Disc DVD or Blu-ray Editions. It is a metal dangle finished in antique brass that combines a circular dreamcatcher, a sculptural Wolf Pack-tattoo charm, a Wolf Pack jewelry tag, feathers, and crystals.
Borders New Moon Exclusive:
Borders offers a exclusive DVD version with exclusive packaging which includes a medallion necklace. The gold side has a wolf-pack tattoo, the silver side has the Cullen crest and it comes with a silver chain.
Bonus material on the DVD include Previously unreleased Extended Scenes, Interviews with cast members Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, The Cullen Family, The Wolf Pack, The Volturi and Director Chris Weitz, Unrivaled red carpet footage from the movie premiere; and Front row seats to The Twilight Saga: New Moon Webcast.
Toys R Us New Moon Exclusive:
Toys R Us offers an exclusive New Moon Vintage Keepsake Box for free when you purchase The Twilight Saga: New Moon on DVD or Blu-ray. The offer expires April 3, 2010 or when supplies are depleted. No rainchecks will be given. It can also be purchased right now at retail price separately. The New Moon Vintage Keepsake Box "Hero’s and Villains" features popular characters from the sequel to the Twilight phenomenon.
