Leading this weeks releases is Gamer, which is set in a future-world where humans can control other humans in mass-scale, multi-player online gaming environments.
Gamer is available this week on DVD and Blu-ray.
Extras on the DVD will include an audio commentary with Writers/Directors Neveldine/Taylor and actors Amber Valletta, Alison Lohman, and Terry Crews, an Inside the Game multi-part making-of documentary, a First Person Shooter: The Evolution of Red featurette, and a never before seen theatrical trailer that was cut for the film by the filmmakers but ultimately deemed too radical for audiences. The Blu-ray release will include all of the above, plus an I-Con Mode interactive feature, and Gamer Cheat Codes.
The best price for Gamer this week is $16.99 for the DVD at Amazon, Best Buy, and Target, and $22.99 for the Blu-ray at Amazon, Best Buy, and Target. There are no exclusives available for this release.
