Select Best Buy stores are clearing out their anime selection and are offering 50% off of all anime.
To see if your local store is participating go here, search for your store, in the results, note the store number in the name, and check if that store number is on this list:
If it is all anime at the store should be 50% off.
No date is listed for the clearance to end, likely when all DVD’s are sold or returned to the manufacturers.

I checked store 688 (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), but all of their anime was normal price. Have there been some changes to the list?

I haven’t seen any changes, it should be all the stores on the list. Did you have the DVD’s rung up? Most of the time at Best Buy the sticker prices don’t change when something is on sale, but when its rung up it comes up at the sale price.
If the store is not having the sale, it could be a mistake on the list, if so I apologize for the error.
